EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
 

WHERE IS THE SHOW BEING HELD?
At the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, R.I.

HOW LARGE WILL THE SHOW BE?
It has 500 exhibitor booths and is the largest saltwater fishing show in the Northeast.

WHAT ARE THE SHOW HOURS?
Friday, March 11th: 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, March 12th: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, March 13th: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

WHO ARE THE "PROMOTERS" OF THE SHOW?
The Rhode Island Saltwater Anglers Association (RISAA), which is a nonprofit organization representing over 6,300 recreational anglers and 30 affiliated clubs.

WHAT IS THE EXPECTED ATTENDANCE?
The Show is a proven winner, and attendance is expected to hit 15,000 in 2011.

WHAT ARE THE BOOTH SIZES?
All booths are 10' long by 8' deep.  They include 8' backdrop curtain and two 3' side curtains. Please note that tables, chairs, electricity, are not included.

WHAT ARE THE BOOTH COSTS?
Standard Exhibitor Space:
   • 10’ x 8’ = $450
   • 20’ x 8’ = $850
   • 30’ x 8’ = $1200
   • 40’ x 8’ = $1550
   • 50’ x 8’ = $1900
Premium/Corner space:
   • 10’ x 8’ = $525
   • 20’ x 8’ = $925
   • 30’ x 8’ = $1275
   • 40’ x 8’ = $1625
   • 50’ x 8’ = $1975

DO BOAT DEALERS PAY THIS SAME FEE?
Boat dealers need to call for special "square footage" pricing.

WHEN WILL EXHIBITORS MOVE IN?
All move-in (except boat dealers) will be on Friday starting at 6:00AM.

WHERE WILL MY BOOTH BE LOCATED?
Exhibitors who sign up before 12/31/11 will be allowed to select their own space, assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.  The sooner you sign up, the better your chances of selected "prime" space.

CAN I SEE THE SHOW FLOOR PLAN?
Yes, this LINK will display the SHOW LAYOUT.

HOW MUCH DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED?
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your space.

ARE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS MADE FOR MANUFACTURERS  AND NONPROFITS?
Yes.  Company "reps" who are making no sales and nonprofit organizations should call to discuss their needs.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
This LINK will give you a special "Sign Me Up" PDF file.  Complete the form, and mail it ASAP.  Be sure to include your check, payable to "RISAA".  You can also FAX it in and pay by credit card.  As soon as the form is received, we will contact you to discuss your needs and arrange your exhibit location.
