WHERE IS THE SHOW BEING HELD?
At the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, R.I.

HOW LARGE WILL THE SHOW BE?
It has 500 exhibitor booths and is the largest saltwater fishing show in the Northeast.

WHAT ARE THE SHOW HOURS?
Friday, April 3th: Noon to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday, April 4th: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, April 5th: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

WHEN WILL EXHIBITORS MOVE IN?
Most exhibitors will be able to move in either on
Thursday, April 2rd between noon and 8:00 p.m. or on Friday, April 3th at 8:00 a.m. 
All exhibits must be ready by 11:30 a.m. on Friday.
Special boat move-in hours will be arranged separately.

WHO ARE THE "PROMOTERS" OF THE SHOW?
The Rhode Island Saltwater Anglers Association (RISAA), which is a nonprofit organization representing over 6,300 recreational anglers and 30 affiliated clubs.

WHAT IS THE EXPECTED ATTENDANCE?
The Show is a proven winner, and attendance is expected to hit 15,000 in 2009.

WHAT ARE THE BOOTH SIZES?
All booths are 10' long by 8' deep.  They include 8' backdrop curtain and two 3' side curtains.
Please note that tables, chairs, electricity, are not included.

WHAT ARE THE BOOTH COSTS?
10' x 8' = $425
20' x 8' = $825
30' x 8' = $1200
40' x 8' = $1600
50' x 8' = $2000
60' x 8' = $2400

DO BOAT DEALERS PAY THIS SAME FEE?
Boat dealers need to call for special "square footage" pricing.

WHERE WILL MY BOOTH BE LOCATED?
Exhibitors who sign up before 12/31/08 will be allowed to select their own space, assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.  The sooner you sign up, the better your chances of selected "prime" space.

HOW MUCH DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED?
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your space.

ARE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS MADE FOR MANUFACTURERS  AND NONPROFITS?
Yes.  Company "reps" who are making no sales and nonprofit organizations should call to discuss their needs.
